Edvard Jørgensen is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a graduate of Harvard College (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna cum Laude) and Harvard Law School (cum Laude) and is the former Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard International Law Journal.

Mr. Jørgensen practiced law with the New York City law firms of Lord, Day & Lord and Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler prior to establishing the Firm.
Mr. Jørgensen is also the President of the investment management firm Seahorse Financial Advisers and director of The Heathecote Trust and the Vildanden Company, which provide family office services. Mr. Jørgensen serves clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
